Hello,
The reason you get a forbidden message when trying to get graphdraw's homepage
is most likely because they have not yet uploaded one (or there is no
index.html file).
The same goes for the "Files" section, they appear to have not uploaded any
source yet.
Please contact the admin of the graphdraw for help with these issues. Thank
you.
