[Savannah-hackers] GDB webcvs problems

Hello,

Andrew Cagney is having problems accessing /webcvs/software/gdb.  Can you 
check that ownership and permissions are OK?  His username is 'cagney'.

Also, I'm not sure if this will help, but when trying to access GDB's webcvs 
via <http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/gdb/?cvsroot=Web> I get:

  "/cvsroot/gdb/webcvs not found!

  The server on which the CVS tree lives is probably down. Please try again in
  a few minutes."
