[Savannah-hackers] mailing list addition

... has been disabled for some time now.  Is there a workaround?  Is
there an idea of when this can be fixed?  Users of GCL want a
gcl-users list, and I think they will host it elsewhere unless I can
get it on mailman soon.

Also, commit email is not working, and hasn't been since the crack,
but I think this has been reported elsewhere.
