Description:
   Thanks for you to read this piece.
   The software I'd like to upload is a 2-dimensional fast DCT algorithm 
implementation.
   It is a new algorithm and should be superior than many companion.
   I'd like to see its application in Graphics or Video field, if possible.
   Strictly, it's not a standalone application project. But I wish it could be 
distributed under GPL license. That is marvelous.

Other Software Required:
It is ANSI c and assembly. Only as a facility tool, I code MMX with HLA by 
Randall Hyde, which is also free software. It can run on any OS. I test them on 
both RedHat Linux and Windows.

Other Comments:
I will try to find the email of administrator and soon email one copy. I didn't 
learn of this before here.
