Since you are the only native english-speaker here, I doubt anyone will  
make any comment ;)

Technically, though, you need to update the CVS repository (module  
'subversions') and then update the FAQ.

As a training, I suggest you also change
"Is it possible to receive an email for each commit on the CVS HTML ?"
that way :)
