Original Submission:  I cannot do anoncvs checkout of clisp web pages:

ssh: connect to host savannah.gnu.org port 22: Connection refused
cvs [update aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)

this is critical: without this I cannot use the same repository for CLISP web 
pages on all hosts,
