Hello Ricardo!

It seems that your program is called GNU but it is still not part of
the GNU project, right?

I guess you would like it to be part of GNU.  If yes, then I will send
you in a separate email a questionnaire, some information and
instructions in order to make this happen.

In terms of your submission to Savannah, first of all, we are still
not accepting new projects (don't know when), also, we couldn't accept
it called "GNU whatever" unless it is already part of GNU.
