Apologies for the late reply!

Savannah is not currently accepting new projects (we hope to be able to
soon, though).  This means that your project is still in the pending queue
and will be looked at when we start accepting new projects again.

Unfortunately, I cannot give you a definitive date as to when we'll be
able to accept new projects.  However, if you want, I can contact you when
we do.
