Also, if you are replying to a fresh support request, before you submit it
check in another window if someone else has answered it.  If not, submit
your reply.  This way we hopefully won't be treading on each others toes.

If your there now, look at the persons name/email address.  I think its
someone from the FSF, but I can't be sure.
