Description:
Project rays is currently a work in progress, in an incipient state.
Project rays aims to build a new framework and components for concurrent and 
parallel programming and distributed computing.  It will use AI techniques, and 
also other modern programming techniques, object oriented programming, generic 
programming, aspect oriented programming etc.  
I have not got any source code to show yet, since the project is still in its 
design phase.  I will publish design documentation and code as I write them.
