[Savannah-hackers] Commit emails

Hello,

As log_accum at al. have been working well for the `emacs' project for
some time now, and tests with the `testytest' project also went well, how
do other Savannah hackers feel about installing log_accum &c for projects
on a case by case basis?

Paul, Jim et al., do you think log_accum &c have been tried and tested
enough for it to be installed system-wide?
