I added simulavr++ to the simulavr CVS sources, only to find that the
"++" is a bad idea.

Could you remove this folder for me to help me avoid confusion? (or
enlighten me as to how to do this myself? :-)

I tried similar to the following on all directories:
cvs -d address@hidden:/cvsroot/simulavr remove simulavr++

but I find I still have simulavr++ in my CVS repository:
cvs -d address@hidden:/cvsroot/simulavr co simulavr++
(the above gives me simulavr++ plus a handful of empty directories)
