[Savannah-hackers] CVS instructions for "web only" projects

Hello,

looking at http://savannah.gnu.org/cvs/?group=fsfe it seems like the
actual commands for cvs access are missing on that page.

I suspect the reason is that the "fsfe" project is a "web only" project
and has no source cvs repository.

Is there anything we can do about that?
