This is unrelated to CVS updates (they are working), it is related
to a few errors in your HTML, however.

For the images, you need to be referencing /sectoolkit/images/ rather
that /images/.  Ditto for the docs; you need to reference
/sectoolkit/docs.html and not /docs.html.
