In case it was not replied:
- we can do manual changes to your repository if needed. Just open a new support request on the tracker at https://savannah.gnu.org/support/?group=administration - libxml2's license (MIT license) and zlib's are compatible with the GNU GPL, so you are free to use these pieces of software in your project
