Other License:
Package: wafer
System name: wafer
Type: non-GNU

Description:
Wafer is a framework for testing web applications. It is written in python, and
it depends only on standard libraries available in the normal python
distribution. In order to write tests, it is useful to install the pyunit suite
(even though it is not required).

Wafer provides the developer the ability to simulate the behaviour of a user
accessing a web application through a web browser. The Wafer can simulate
actions like:

- opening a page;
- clicking on a link;
- clicking on a button;
- filling a field
...

Also, the Wafer supports the possibility to manage cookies that the application
would like to set.

Tests can be written using the pyunit framework.

The source code is already available from the PAFlow web site:

http://www.paflow.it/wafer/Wafer-0.1.tgz

Other Software Required:
pyunit (http://pyunit.sourceforge.net)
