Summary:  Custom select box has "None" twice

Original Submission:  When configuring a custom select box in the bugs section 
of a project the value "None" appears twice in the dropfield when reporting 
bugs. There is no way to get rid of it AFAICS.

It is a bug that seem to happen for each new custom field you use. Apparently 
it was fixed in the latest version of Savane, but we cannot upgrade at the 
moment :/
I leave this bug open, since it will certainly require to also fix the database 
once we upgrade.
