This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
Cédric Barboiron <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: cspm
System name: cspm
Type: non-GNU
Description:
cspm stands for "ced's Slackware package manager".
It is like swaret or slapt-get, but is written in Perl.
Technically, it is just a shorter way to upgrade, install or remove software
from a Slackware system, by creating and using a base of available packages.
Sources of packages are official FTP Slackware mirrors (either released
versions or -current), FTP linuxpackages.net mirrors and local directories.
Current source code (will become v0.3 soon) :
http://dwced.free.fr/cspm/files/cspm.pl
Current website :
http://dwced.free.fr/cspm/
Other Software Required:
Perl 5
ncftpget (currently, later will come other choices like Net::FTP Perl module or
wget)
pkgtools (official and basic Slackware package)
