Description: SiLiAr is the &quot;Simple List Archiver&quot;. It is a series of 
scripts in Python and PHP which allow anybody to create and maintain a local or 
public archive of any number of mailing lists.

The archive is accessible via any web browser; messages acan be searched by 
text fragments occurring within any permutation of {author, subject, text}, and 
searches can be constrained by mailing list(s) and date ranges.
