Hi,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

In order to release your project properly and unambiguously
under the GPL, please place copyright notices and permission-to-copy
statements at the beginning of every file of source code.

Additional instructions are available from
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html.

The GPL FAQ explains why these procedures must be followed.
See http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#WhyMustIInclude

You began to do that job, but not completely:

- it would be good to only include a one-line description of the
source file, then the copyright and license notice, and then optionaly
a more detailed description of the source file

- The copyright notice is incomplete; you have to put the name of the
author(s) in it, as described in the GPL HOWTO.

- 2 '.h' files lack the copyright and license notices in the src/
directory.

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide
us with an URL to an updated tarball of your project. Upon review, we
will reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.

Regards,
