Description:
I want to develop a database change request (DBCR) module to add to the gforge 
3.3 virtual collaborative development environment (www.gforge.org). I need a 
Linux platform configured with PHP 4.2.2+, PostgreSQL 7.1+, Apache web server, 
and gforge 3.3. 

The DBCR module will be an administrative workflow used to track the process of 
changing database structures throughout the development process. 

I have no source code yet.
