Mailing list managers,

I wrote a simple script to fix the "-1 moderator requests" bug.  It
needs to be run on any list that sending out those mails.  If the
owner of the "foo" list complains about the mails, run:

      $ /var/list/fix_moderation.py foo

This needs be run for new lists too upon creation.  Since the number
of things to do is getting kind of long, I wrote a README with
instructions at /home/list/README.newlist.  At some point we should
write a script. :)
