It seems the process is taking way longer than expected. I asked to
the people maintaining the GUG list if everything is ok. As soon as
they give me their approval, or give me the criteria to approve GUGs,
I'll create your account.

Also, our aim is not to provide mirroring but development
facilities. Would you mind making Savannah your primary host?
