Hello,

Do you need a separate website (like es.gnu.org), or do you wish to
translate the www.gnu.org website in Russian? For the latter, I think
you should ask how to contribute to project 'www', and maybe you do
not need a separate project.

I add address@hidden in Cc: so they can confirm.
