Summary:  Check why 3dldf was misconfigured

Original Submission:  3dldf project was created, but nor the 3dldf not the 
web3dldf Unix groups were created.
It is fixed now, but it is still unclear why that happened.
People fullfilling this task may want to send again an e-mail to the sysadmins 
(they didn't reply the first time).

Actually groupadd does not want to create '3dldf'...
Somebody check whether it is still a bug in Savane and submit a bug report at 
gna.org.
