[Savannah-hackers] voc-get CVS repository ready to be imported

Dear Savannah hackers,

I have finished my changes and everything even seems to work. :)
Now I would like you to import the repository tarball to Savannah.
The place you can find it is:

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cvstarballs/voc-get-cvsroot.tar.bz2

If your attempt to get it fails due to a server error (as it happened
to me at my first attempt), feel free to ask me to send you as an
e-mail.  (It is about just 2.4MB.)
