Hello,
Due to a glitch in our user and group accounting scripts at Savannah
developer webcvs is unavailable (project www, GNU web-only projects
and GNU & non-GNU projects).
We're working on getting this ifxed ASAP, but wanted to keep you guys
up-to-date just in case. :)
