I've now added make to my path and it seems a little happier but now I get
errors on ar. I'm rather stumped here.
# make install
Making install in glob
make[1]: Entering directory `/u03/app/make/make-3.80/glob'
rm -f libglob.a
ar cru libglob.a glob.o fnmatch.o
/bin/bash: /u03/app/make/make-3.80/ar: cannot execute binary file
make[1]: *** [libglob.a] Error 126
make[1]: Leaving directory `/u03/app/make/make-3.80/glob'
make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1

Summary: Problems installing make
Original Submission: I'm installing make on Solaris and run through the
./configure and compile steps using sh ./build.sh and try to then run ./make
install but get the following.
# ./make install
Making install in glob
/bin/bash: make: command not found
make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1
I'm not sure what the problem is here. Please advise.
Thanks
