Description:
The "Grupo de Usuarios GNU de Venezuela" will be a project 
to gather GNU enthusiasts in such a country, and to spread 
the main philosophy of the GNU project doing the folowing:
- Giving speechs.
- Developing free software applications.
- Writing articles and documentation about free software philosophy
and programs.
- And helping with any doubts regarding to the GNU project.

To summarize: We are a group of people using GNU and teaching about
it in Venezuela.
