There are a few problems but they are small. You do not have copyright
notices in your source files. You also do not have statement of copying
permission in your files. All files larger than 10 lines should have
these notices. Please look at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html
for more information. Also, the file xmltramp.py has a license GPL v2
only. We do not host files which are GPL v2 only. So, either you should
not distribute the file xmltramp.py or let us contact the original
author of xmltramp.py and ask him/her to release it as `GPL v2 or later'.

Please provide us with a URL to the tarball after you have made these
changes and we will approve you project.
