PortAudio (www.portaudio.com) has a license which seems
GPL-incompatible and possibly non-free. The license is at
http://www.portaudio.com/license.html. We want to make sure if it is
non-free or not so that we can decide if PortAudio can be used as a
dependency by a free software.
I have included the PortAudio license verbatim for your convineince:
