A package was submitted to savannah.nongnu.org
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden

Diego Escalante Urrelo <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: B23cms
System name: b23cms
Type: non-GNU

Description:
B23cms is a CMS project, intended to be used by the latin american market. The
difference with other CMSs is the advocation for the simplicity and the ease of
use. Tries to be modular and easy to change for particular needs by creating a
good base engine in which to work modules and add ons.

Currently the project is in sourceforge, but I consider that savannah would be
a better option for some technical reasons.
The url for the (not so actual) source code is http://b23cms.sf.net/b23cms (not
functional).

Other Software Required:
It is a project that works on:

Some unix platform
Apache 1 or 2
PHP 4.3 or newer
mysql or any dbx compliant db

Other Comments:
I can email a copy of the source code if it's so necesary (current source code
at sourceforge is not working).
