Summary:  Becoming a release maintainer of vcdimager

Original Submission:  I'd like to become a project maintainer of vcdimager.I am 
currently a member of the vcdimager porject.

In private mail from around last August Herbert Valerio Riedel indicted this 
was possible but later email said that 
he hasn't been able to get in contact with the folks at gnu.org gnu.org folks 
to get his pubkey accepted for file uploads. 

Of course, I have a public key registered for libcdio. Is there another way I 
can intercede here to become a release maintainer? Or use hvr's virtual 
"verbal" (okay email) okay?
