Thanks for handling this so quickly! I see the list was created. 

However the password that was mailed to doesn't work I notice it has an e with 
a grave accent over it and I'm guessing that the various encodings for that is 
when I cut
and paste in X-window is what might be causing the problem. Could the password 
be reset using ASCII-7 characters? Perhaps the same password could be used wth 
an ASCII "e" instead for that 4th character?
