Details:

I would like to initialize a new project (as a team leader) to translate FSF,
GNU pages in turkish. I made already contact with the translator staff, on
that part things are going to work well. Here on Savannah i would like to
access to the necessary files (upload etc.) by my team and edit them without
their (or maybe with collaboration) touch. To make this thing possible, i
think that's the best place to stay.

Can you help on creating a new project to realize this kind of work?
