I cannot resync with the Emacs CVS nor open the Savannah home page.
Attempts to contact subversions yields "Network timeout" errors (I
tried both from my home machine and from fencepost.gnu.org, with the
same result).
Could someone please fix that, or at least tell the estimated time for
it to be fixed?
