Check /var/log/sv_curl_thingy.txt:
Tue Mar 29 20:32:51 2005: system (('/usr/bin/curl', 
'http://www.gnu.org/new-savannah-project/new.py', '-s', '-F', 'type=non-gnu', 
'-F', 'project=dragonmtn'));

The webspace is not created at nongnu.org.
