Details:

Could this page <https://savannah.nongnu.org/mail/?group=cvs> be updated to
include email list descriptions?  (The descriptions are configurable via the
mailman admin interface and show at the top of each list page when clicked
through from the list above.)

We are having a problem with users sending help requests to the cvs-cvs list
intended for CVS commit messages for the cvs project and it was suggested
that descriptions on this page might alleviate some of this problem.
