Details:

I'm having a problem that looks pretty much like the one mentioned in
bug#1713. The lwip is part of a library from Xilinix. I've contacted Xilinix,
their suggestion have not solved the problem.  This is my first use of the
lwip so I'm not smart enough to know how to implement the solution outlined
in 1713. I not sure which raw api call to use to kill the tcp nor where to
place the code in tcp_slowtmr().
Can anyone help me, Thanks.
