Details:

For the 0.76 release I erroneously put doxygen files in the wrong place and
index.html replaced the document root URL.

However what is odd is that the old index.html was getting shown. Recently I
noticed my mistake and have corrected everything. However what is appearing
now more matches my previous erroneous commit. In CVS 
http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/libcdio/libcdio/?cvsroot=Web
everything looks as it should. However web server URLs just don't match what
is in CVS.

Please advice/help!
