In my department and with the cooperation of Two other
top Management officials,we have in our possession as
overdue payment bills totalling to Ten Million US
Dollars (US$10M) which was our commission for awarding
a contract to Stabilini Visinoni,a construction firm
based in Nigeria.Though the actual cost has long been
paid to the contractor leaving the balance in the tune
of the said amount which we have in principle gotten
approval for cash payment.Our arrangement with the
construction company was to deposit our over-involced
sum with their trust agent in Dubia till we retire
from active service to my Ministry.As you Know,we are
civil servant and does not have the previladge to
operate a foriegn account.

We have made countless effort with the management of
the trust firm in Dubai to see if the fund could be
move to your country for the propose investment,the
trust firm in Dubia turn dawn the application that
legal documentations must be tendered in person before
the fund is move to another country.As a civil servant
,we can not tendered this legal documents without the
help or assistance of an international acclaimed
personality (Foriegn Body) to fix in as the true
beneficiary to the fund,these will enable us process
all relevant documents in your name with the help of
the accredited Attorney with my Ministry which you
will tender to the trust firm in Dubai for cash
payment to you.

We are now soliciting for your matual understanding in
lodging in application to the Trust firm in Dubai as
soon as all the legal documents is processed in your
name to release the fund to you.We will truely
compensate you for your candid effort in this deal and
as well,you will be acting as our agent for the
project.Once you have confirm your willingness to help
us,the name and contact address of the trust firm in
Dubia and all relevant details of the deposited trunk
will be give to you for your perusal and for
confirmation with the firm in Dubai.
