Follow-up Comment #1:
Files can only be deleted by Savannah administration--you can however use the
cvs remove feature, which stows files in the cvs attic.
That said, this would be the place to post your request.
The repository has board3d/Makefile.w32 in it, shown here:
http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/gnubg/gnubg/board3d/
I would suggest trying a fresh checkout and seeing if the problem persists.
