Details:

The mailing list at address@hidden is supposed to get a
message whenever there is a CVS commit, but it seems to have broken recently
(probably when the cvs server changed).  Can you take a look?

I'm not sure if this is related, but I get this warning on every CVS commit:

cvs commit: Using deprecated info format strings.  Convert your scripts to
use the new argument format and remove '1's from your info file format
strings.
