Details:

The system-generated default webpage, e.g.
  https://savannah.nongnu.org/cvs/?group=lmi
says:
  Software repository :
  export CVS_RSH="ssh"
  cvs -z3 d:pserver:address@hidden: \
  /sources/lmi co modulename

Now that pserver has replaced anonymous ssh, shouldn't the
CVS_RSH line be removed, even if it does no actual harm?
