While I appreciate your permitting us the chance to chime in here, you
already know the answer to this. No, there's no kludge to put in place
right now. Yes, we know there's a problem with spam. Yes, it's our top
priority right now. Yes, a new system is in the works. Yes, it will be
available soon.

There's nothing I can tell you here that you don't already know -- so in
the interests of helping us focus on getting it ready, we'd appreciate
it if you'd simply respond to this yourself with the working knowledge
you have rather than have us reiterate our apologies and our plans.
