Hi Bruce,

The Cookbook feature is meant to be a way of providing documentation to
users. The parts of a cookbook are called 'recipes' and can be seen as topics
of your documentation.

The savane (the software Savannah is running) project page makes extended
usage of their cookbook and provides various recipes. I'd suggest you have a
look at the project's page over at https://gna.org/p/savane as it probably
gives you a better understanding of how this feature can be used.
