Not sure whether this is related: adding my previous comment produced the
messages:

Warning: Missing argument 5 for trackers_add_cc() in
/var/www/frontend/php/include/trackers/general.php on line 1555

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output
started at /var/www/frontend/php/include/trackers/general.php:1555) in
/var/www/frontend/php/include/Layout.class on line 185

Also, going back to reuse the comment form didn't work - the site said that
form had already been used and so lost my input.  Why not check to see
whether the values are duplicates instead, or set an expiry time on the form
to make it reload?
