[Savannah-help-public] Cannot submit any requests

Suddenly (since this weekend) I cannot submit *ANY* requests through
the savannah web interface. Bugs, patches, support requests all just
show a page starting with "Show feedback again", and the submission is
ignored. 

I've tried with two seperate browsers, from two different networks, so
I don't think it's a  problem at my end.
