[This is likely be a bugzilla bug but there isn't a category for that.]

I get email notification from the bug-kawa list when I modify a bugzilla
entry.  IIRC I also get email notification when someone else modifies a bug
report.

I do *not* get notification when someone creates a new bugzilla entry.  It
doesn't seem to be just me: they're not in the archive either:
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-kawa/2007-03/threads.html
This of course is bad - it means I don't get notification of new bug
reports.

It's been like this for a while.
