Follow-up Comment #2, sr #105872 (project administration):

Until April 28th the commit mails had this header:

From: address@hidden

Is it correct to assume that this has changed and the
email address I am using is the problem?

I changed my registered mail address to
address@hidden and will
do a test commit soon.
